In Gachibowli you easily can find many PG accommodation for Womens and Mens, the cost is also very reasonable starting from 5 K to 10 K / month including two times food and breakfast, food quality is really good, like home made food.
If you want to stay in sharing PG accommodation, then Madhupur is one of the best location to stay, is very close to Hi-tech City, for working people specially who stays till late at office it may be a good choice, for women also very safe to travel anytime. the cost is very reasonable starting from 5 K to 12 K, in this Madhupur area you get lots of small restaurants for regular food, shops and markets are at just door step.
Kondapur is another good location to stay, very close to Hi-tech city and many big companies like oracle just 10 minutes drive, share auto charge 10 to 15 rupees. You may find rented room in Kondapur with in 8k to 15k range.
The real estate in Hyderabad is fast picking up pace due to the IT revamp that is happening in the city and is soon expected to rise to levels on par with NCR, Bangalore of Mumbai. With this at hand, we can say that the rental market in Hyderabad is ever fluctuating.
